Here at Ground Level we want to see all of those involved in any leadership capacity supported, resourced and cared for. At Awaken 2023 we began gathering Team Leaders from various ministry areas, since then we've been developing 'Team Leader Cohorts' - groupings of team leaders from across the Family of Churches who wish to connect with each other for mutual encouragement, support and resourcing.
These groupings will include
A Relational Connection with others from the same ministry area, including prayer, sharing of ideas, wisdom and collaboration - facilitated by a dedicated communication group.
Opportunities for sharing resources and best practice
Gatherings for inspiration, equipping and connection - hosted for some cohorts through dedicated spaces at the Ground Level Leaders Conference & Awaken.
